Frequently Asked Questions

Services

We offer a complete service that includes on-site inspection, design, manufacturing, and installation of shade and windbreak textile barriers, adapting to every need and context. We provide standard products, but we specialize in custom-made solutions: we are the ideal partner to help you manage and protect what matters to you.

It starts with an on-site inspection and consultation to understand functional needs and the installation context. This is followed by a quotation including the technical definition of the solution, possible technical drawings, the choice of materials, fabrics, and fastening systems, along with a clear and detailed cost estimate.

Agrimontage S.r.l. offers consolidated experience, customized solutions, high-quality materials, and ongoing support, with great attention to detail at every stage.

Yes, we provide custom-made infill solutions for all types of openings, including small gaps and narrow access points. We use appropriate materials and fastening systems for each case, with special attention to finishing and integration between different barriers.

We organize the work to minimize impact on the herd and daily operations. However, timing depends on the size and complexity of the project: simple installations can be completed in 1–2 days; custom and more complex solutions may take a few weeks. Generally, the process includes an initial structural setup phase and a final phase for installing the fabric and final testing.

In most cases, permits are not required. However, for permanent structures or installations on buildings subject to landscape or historical-architectural restrictions, specific authorizations may be needed. We always recommend checking feasibility requirements with the local municipality.

We work throughout the year, depending on weather conditions and the type of project, always operating in compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Yes, we guarantee the quality of the materials used and the proper execution of the work, ensuring reliable and long-lasting solutions. The warranty duration may vary depending on the type of system, but it generally ranges from 2 to 10 years on a sliding scale.

Textile barriers

They include all products such as pergolas, gates, and curtains made with high-strength technical fabrics. They represent a lightweight, versatile, and cost-effective solution designed to protect against solar radiation, wind, and rain, making them ideal for industrial and agricultural applications.

Yes, our products are developed based on certified studies with CE marking, which define materials and sizing according to the final use, ensuring resistance, durability, and safety. We use high-quality technical fabrics, and Agrimontage barriers are certified for wind resistance classes 4, 5, and 6, for winds up to approximately 100 km/h.

The fabrics used by Agrimontage are made of high-tenacity polyester coated with PVC and UV-stabilized, ensuring high mechanical strength and resistance to weather conditions. Under typical livestock farming conditions, the average lifespan is estimated at around 15 to 20 years, depending on exposure, climate conditions, and proper maintenance.

The barriers are equipped with a wind sensor which, when a safety threshold is exceeded, automatically activates emergency mode, fully opening the structure into a protective position. Safety can be further improved by integrating advanced sensors through the Agrimontage CORE control unit.

Agrimontage barriers are the result of continuous research and development and stand out for attention to detail and the use of high-quality raw materials. The result is a solution that is not only durable and functional but also aesthetically refined.

Yes. Thanks to the CORE control unit, barriers can be automated and intelligently managed, automatically reacting to wind, sun, rain, and temperature changes. This ensures optimal climate comfort, greater operational efficiency, and continuous operation without manual intervention.

Automation

CORE is the Agrimontage control hub that automates textile barriers to manage climate comfort in your buildings. You set the rules, it handles the rest.

No, it is designed to be simple: once the scenarios are set, it works autonomously. In addition to automatic operation, a manual mode is always available to position the barriers as desired, and once the operation is completed, the system resumes the programmed settings.

The system operates through scenarios: when specific events occur, such as climate changes detected by sensors, programmed timers, or signals from connected devices, the barriers automatically position themselves according to the user-defined setup.

Yes, the control unit is designed to interface with other devices and company automation systems, increasing overall efficiency.

Yes, through the touch panel’s internet connection it is possible to manage up to 100 motors and monitor the system remotely via PC, tablet, or smartphone. It also meets the requirements for access to Industry 4.0 incentives.

CORE automatically adapts the barriers to real-time climate changes, improving animal welfare and business efficiency while reducing time and manual intervention.

The system optimizes resource usage by activating the barriers only when needed, reducing waste and improving operational sustainability.

Dreamats Mattresses

Dreamats is Agrimontage’s mattress system designed for cow cubicles, developed to improve animal comfort, health, and productivity.

Greater comfort encourages cows to rest for up to 12–14 hours a day, improving rumination, health, and milk production. The structure is designed to promote liquid drainage, keeping the cubicle dry, clean, and hygienically suitable. This helps reduce bacteria, limit issues such as mastitis and limb stress, and improve milk quality.

The system consists of a high-density polyurethane foam mat (180 kg/m³), combined with a waterproof PVC sheet and a technical top covering that is resistant, breathable, and anti-abrasive.

Yes, they are designed for intensive use and ensure high durability thanks to the quality of materials and the robust structure. In addition, professional installation plays a key role in maintaining performance and reliability over time.

Yes, the range includes different solutions (Cushy, Balance, Lasting), designed to offer different levels of comfort and durability depending on business needs.

Dreamats mattresses are guaranteed for 6 to 10 years, depending on the chosen version and the conditions of use and maintenance.

Yes, the coverings are designed to be non-abrasive, provide good grip, and prevent discomfort or injuries during movement.
